An Asian-style crispy rice pastry made with rice flour and available in two styles:

1. round ball filled with lotus nut paste filling
 
2. oval ball filled with minced pork and Chinese dried shrimp


These rice balls are deep-fried from frozen for about 8 to 12 minutes until they are golden brown in colour. Ideal as appetizers, bar snacks, cocktail tid-bits, they are available for foodservice only.
