A
“perogy-like” dumpling with a thin wonton skin and filled with
various fillings. They are versatile in usage – as an appetizer,
entrée, or in a soup. Preparation is simplified by pan-frying,
boiling, or deep-frying all from frozen. Instructions for
preparation is simply place the frozen potstickers into a pot of
boiling water for 1 minute. Remove and drain excess water.
Afterwards, add two tablespoons of cooking oil ( e.g. Vegetable oil
) onto a pre-heated skillet ( medium-high heat ) and pan-fry the
potstickers for about 2 to 3 minutes or till golden brown on several
sides. Remove and serve. Or simply add potstickers into a hot soup
broth and serve as a soup. And you can also deep-fry the
potstickers in hot oil ( 3750F/1760C) from
frozen for about 3 minutes or till golden brown. Remove, drain
